Salon Policies
Our policies are in place to help protect appointment time, support our stylists, and create a smooth experience for every guest. Please review the information below before your visit.
Cancellations
Salon Sultry requires a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate guests on our waitlist and helps ensure our stylists do not lose valuable appointment time.
Cancellations made outside of the 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total scheduled service in order to rebook a new appointment.
Late Appointments & No-Shows
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed within the remaining time or if it would affect another guest’s appointment. Every effort will be made to reschedule you in a timely manner.
If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your appointment time, or if you fail to cancel your appointment, it will be considered a no-show. In that case, you will be required to pay 50% of the services that were scheduled.
We understand that things happen, so we allow one grace appointment per year for last-minute cancellations, scheduling changes, or no-shows.
Deposits
All new color appointments require a $100 non-refundable deposit. Once the service is performed, the deposit will be credited toward your total service cost.
If the appointment is canceled outside the 48-hour cancellation window or is a no-show, the deposit will not be refunded.
Refund Policy
At Salon Sultry, we are committed to providing the highest level of service and satisfaction. While we understand that things may not always turn out as expected, we do not offer cash or credit refunds once a service has been completed.
If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We will gladly offer a complimentary correction service to help ensure you are happy with the result.
Complimentary correction services apply only to the original service received. For example, if you received a haircut and are unhappy with the length, we are happy to work with you to correct it. If you would like a different style or a completely different service, standard pricing will apply.
All correction services must be scheduled in advance. Walk-in corrections are not guaranteed.
We also welcome your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our services and guest experience.
Children
We strive to create a peaceful atmosphere for all of our guests, and we also care about the safety of your little ones. We kindly ask that children remain at home during your appointment so that everyone, including you, can relax and enjoy your self-care time.
If your child is also receiving a service while you process, we ask that those appointments be booked with shorter services. We find that most kiddos tap out around an hour and a half.
A Few Important Notes
When receiving hair services at our salon, please keep in mind that we use a variety of chemicals and products that may cause color staining or transfer to personal items. We recommend wearing older clothing and avoiding bulky items such as turtlenecks and jackets, as these may come into contact with hair color.
If you wear glasses or frequently use your phone, please be mindful of how these items may interact with hair treatment products and hair color. For safety reasons, please do not touch any tools on a stylist’s station, as they may be hot and could cause severe burns.
